As stated, you deserve a whole TEAM to look after you.
I myself see a doctor, dentist, therapist, massage therapist and additional mental health specialists on the regular. Or your spiritual adviser, or
Not to mention family, who I rely on to be there for special occasions, or to connect - my mom’s love language (https://5lovelanguages.com/) is Quality Time so when I take her shopping or to a medical appointment, that IS being there for her.
And friends - who I can call up and ask them to meet me for tea or always can be counted on to ask me how I’m sleeping. Friends who will listen, or go axe-throwing or you just always know they will pick up the phone.
Coworkers who make you laugh or ask how your weekend REALLY went or are just authentic with you and help you feel actually heard at work (or at least caffeinated). Or teachers/mentors/team members who learn beside you and help you grow in knowledge or skills.
Partners - romantic, business or other - help us to be our best selves in relationships and learn to balance meeting our own needs with helping others do the same.
Even younger people or siblings or those less advanced can help us in our lives - to grow and learn and continue to identify and meet our needs.
We ALL deserve ALL these.
And nature walks. And deep breaths. And stretching and moving our bodies. and on and on.
