It's Okay (to be needy)
BE needy. Let it be. Embrace the fact that you have needs, and that it is okay that you do.
You don’t have much choice, so make the best of it. Understand your needs - and the fact that you are not alone - and deal.
You may need water. Most of us are super-dehydrated, all.. the.. time. You may need to breathe. You may be surprised how many people are not breathing much. Or all the way. Or never stopped to think about it.
Take a deep breath. As you let the air out, try to let it ALL out. Keep pushing it out until you have no more breath. Longer than you thought, right? Most of us hardly think about our breathing, most of the time.
Identifying your needs is a real skill. Many of us prove we aren’t either understanding our needs or paying attention to them.
